Abigail Farrell-Black

Abigail joined BAM in June 2025 as Executive Director of Finance. With over 20 years’ experience in finance, commercial strategy, and operations, she has held senior leadership positions at Thames Water, Southern Water, and UK Power Networks.

Her expertise in regulated industries and passion for inclusive leadership are helping BAM deliver financial strength while supporting its sustainability ambitions.
